I have been in business for 20+ years ..along the way I have worked with many different computer companies…they were all good at the level I needed them….
through a long chain of expert companies…1st – Wizard Computer (Mo Bashir (may he rest in peace), then Compeople ( Jonathan Sher)..fortunately led to Joseph Tanner (I think I have been working with Joseph for 10 years now?).. When Joseph moved to Xpert he told me “This Is It!.” … the kind of support I was ready to have as my company grows ..and as my systems became more and more advanced and critical… After to the move to Xpert ..having my key systems totally backed up has been absolutely ideal..and irreplaceable…. ……..as you know..
This year I had the biggest existential challenge to my business in 20 years when disaster hit and my systems went down ..requiring a new disk drive …and a complete restore…I’m talking every single bit.. As a business owner..nothing more freighting than staring at a absolutely dead computer ..with out the ability to even run a boot disk!..
Fortunately..and still amazing to me… Bill over at Xpert was able to build a boot disk from another computer I had… get my main computer going to the point that he could login and then do a complete restore (this took about a day) …..all done REMOTELY! ..amazing…unfortunately.. a few months later..the system went down again..this time not as severe… and Bill visited in the snazzy Xpert Car ..did the drive update and got my system going as well as loading new software and installing a new printer… This just took a few hours! ….
